Upon entering the Pound St entrance, we were hit by a wave of cigarette smoke that was funnelling from the smoking section. When I walked up to the counter to order my food, I had to wait 5 minutes while numerous people after me were served by two staff who did not think to look to see if someone wanted to order food. When I was served, I order the scotch steak $36 and steak burger. We sat by the window which was fortunate as there was a fly hanging around. Read moreSpecial shout out to the young gentleman with dark hair who served me. He was phenomenal. Makes sure he says hi to everyone who comes in, checks you're happy with your meal and even checked whether the gravy was housemade or not for me. The salad was awesome. Chips crispy and, they only serve steak three ways which I liked, because it leaves less room for error. So you can have rare, medium or well done. Gravy was the best even though it wasn't house made. Would come here again any time I'm in grafton. Reasonably priced too. I paid around 30 is dollars for my meal and a...
