I ordered a birthday cake over the phone a week before my daughters birthday it was chocolate with jam & cream. I repeated my daughter's name and spelt her name twice (ROCHELLE ) as it's unusual, they wrote it down with my phone number.
When I picked it up her cake i was extremley dissapointed seeing her name spelt wrong (Rachele), a dent in the back of the cake and strawberries that were days old.
I rang the owner and explained the situation (he even repeated the correct spelling back to me his reasoning was the paper got wet) He said since we couldn't make it to the sister bakery to fix it (they close on weekends and it was Friday) he can take $5 off. I told him I will leave it and find somewhere else he said "oh wow" and hung up on me!
The only good thing to come out of the whole scenario was that the server who was there when I arrived was very understanding and lovely through the whole process. Please be aware when ordering from this establishment you will be...

The Elvira look alike would have to be the rudest person behind a counter I've ever come across. Short, abrupt and needs to check herself with the foul attitude she has.
The other woman working there also rudely gave us an "excuse me!" while trying to shove past us with a tray of bread. Sorry we dared to enter your establishment!
Then the food was a total disappointment. The "chunky beef pie" was sloppy and full of gravy with little to no meat in it at all.
The tomato and onion beef pie was a little better but still sloppy making it difficult to eat.
We ordered 2 vanilla slices that ended up sticking to the paper bag she put them in and were another failure that ended up in the bin.
Horrible staff, very ordinary food and overpriced. Don't waste your...

It doesn't matter your view is a carpark - just look at the inside of the place! Wouldn't you love to come to work there every day.
It's very popular, with many customers toing and froing and different languages to try and guess.
The two ladies are delightful and try very hard to help you. I ended up with the bacon & egg roll with cheese. The brekky roll, which I'm sure is lovely, has sweet chilli sauce in it....I couldn't face that for breakfast. Opposite the Big Prawn, pat the hog as you leave. We'll...
