Came in and got some chips the other day and chewing them felt like trying to eat through a rock.. Yes a rock! also got nuggets with my order as it was a small lunch I was having and didn't want to spend a fortune on it and the nuggets tasted bland if you ask me. $6.50 I believe my order total was. Could of probably gone down to Mcdonalds at Rutherford instead and gotten nuggets and chips for under $10 that would of been cooked better and not felt like a hard rock to eat through. I'll also note that while the guy who served me on the register was friendly, they are quick to go back to chatting with who ever else is working there after taking your idea.
I Probably should of asked for a refund or asked for a fresh batch to be cooked up as it wasn't up to acceptable or eatable standards but really didn't think of it and just wanted to get through the rest of my day.
If you get chips from here and if they feel like a hard rock then please do ask for a fresh batch to be cooked up and if they say no then say you'll be taking your business elsewhere and won't be coming back.
Same goes for anything else, if it isn't up to standards or can't be eaten, ask for a refund or fresh batch to be made up. If not then tell them you are out of here to a better place. I for one will NOT BE...
Read moreThe best thing I got here was a $3.50 refund for the half-cooked samosa I returned to them half-eaten. The samosa was served to me straight out of the deep fryer- hot on the outside; I took a few bites and found to my shock and horror- cold on the inside. After I'd returned it, I went back out to the kebab that had made up the second half of my original order. The kebab was terribly wrapped, missing the garlic sauce I'd ordered, and was swimming in enough chilli sauce to utterly kill any other flavour that may have been present. As I sat chewing the first mouthful of kebab- $3.50 in change was dumped on my table without a word of explanation or apology. Zero star service Zero star samosa Zero star...
Read moreExcellent place for Indian and kebabs. Can't really fault this place much. Some of the best Indian I've had. Large selection of of curries and dishes. Really love their cheesy garlic naan bread. Best mango chicken I have had and their butter chicken is great also. Has a selection of tasty vegetarian meals too. The kebabs are good, fresh and tasty. Ain't had there burgers however chips ain't bad either. Staff are kind, warm and friendly. I find the place clean and tidy. Some times can be a bit of a wait if busy in the evening and sometime little noisy. All in all great place and advantage is right near Woolworths too. I have also found one of their places...
