Order a loaded shake 12.50 which allways have just asked for a loaded shake they put the one brownie in and charge me 33.50 by someone chewy gum like a feral and was not friendly at all . Anyway a talk with the manager says that the added in brownie that I never asked for she just followed the board of the loaded shake apparently is 1.50 extra . If in fact this was the case I should have only been charged 28 dollars not 33.50 there have been times they have charged 40 dollars for two regular loaded shakes with no extras just one brownie they put in themselves they did accidentally over charge me and paid me back on one occasion The manager here is rude and completely spoke with disrespect and like I was the problem while I attempted to address my concerns . Great gimmick they get you scoop of your chosen ice cream and mix it with a chocolate, lollies or biscuits of your choice. Very over priced an adult and 3 kids under 10 yrs old will set you back $50. I love ice cream and as a treat decided to get the large take home pack (little bit larger then a Chinese container) as many different choices as you like $25 without anything mixed through.
