I have loved Vietnamese food especially Pho noodle soup since visiting Vietnam a few years ago. I must say the Pho soup here was stacked full of all the good stuff, flavour & meats. But WHY WHY WHY have you added chilli & SOOOO much of it. In Vietnam you could add it but the base dish has none. Even my husband, who is a chilli lover, really struggled through his bowl.
