Well where do I start...

This experience i encountered this evening for the second time at this restaurant.

I ordered my food with a lovely young lady and she was very helpful .

The last time I ordered the same dish and payed $19.90 for massamam beef only to get home and it be full of liquid 1 potatoe and 3 bits of meat , so tonight I asked could I pay for some more meat which I was charged another $3.90 .

I received my order only to see the same thing had happened again when I questioned it the owner I am presuming a short older lady out the back came yelling and screaming at me , and said I had to pay extra which I had then she retracted that statement and was yelling no . And proceeded to slam things in the kitchen and yell . I won't going back again so rude and disrespectful 😒 and especially for the young lady that served me . It...

The lady who served us was extremely rude, unprofessional and has no idea of proper customer service skills. Her attitude was so bad towards us. She was yelling and not listening to what we're saying. We ordered seafood crispy noodle. It was extremely salty and we're unable to eat it. Date: 13th October 2024 around 2:30pm. Lucky the head chef was able to intervene and acknowledge our complaint and accepted the fault. He offered to replace the food however the lady insisted just a refund instead in a verbally abusive voice. Lucky for her, no other customer was there to witness her rudeness and bad attitude. I strongly recommend for her to be trained in customer service skills and Anger Management skills. One very disappointed customer here. Never coming...

The two young girls serving were helpful and friendly, that is the only reason not getting zero stars the whole way around.

The food was not authentic Thai for the price they are asking for.

The curries were watery, and not full of authentic Thai punch. We asked for extra spicy and it wasn’t. Noodle dish was cold within 5 mins as wasn’t exactly hot when it arrived.

Got the jungle curry which is supposed to knock your socks off, it was mild at best.

We were hoping it was a winner due to the visual appearance of the restaurant outside, but it was a fail.
