As being a hospitality professional I wouldn’t recommend someone to have breakfast here…

What needs to improve?:- Pretty much everything !

Food was just okey to kill your hunger..

Mostly i always order big breakfast i don’t eat pork and beef so they didnt let me substitute which I understand their policy.. End up having 4 half slices of bread mushroom ($4.00 extra) and 2 pieces of egg for 27 dollar.. if someone wants to have all the sides like beans mushroom spinach which doesn’t comes in original plate they might end up paying $50 ($4.00 each) plus for their breakfast.. Never seen such mess.. My wife she order wrap server lady didnt ask if we wanted our wrap toasted as we believe it will come toasted which didn’t which was also $0.80 each for ingredients.. Coffee anyone can pour hot milk over coffee… order Dirty Chai didn’t taste coffee and it was Luke warm.

Service: No politeness, no courtesy to ask water, rudeness in her behaviour.

People they love to have nice coffee in the morning.

If you want to keep up the standard please hire some hospitality professionals Barista, Server and even Chef by the look of food and presentation.

Atmosphere: it’s okey..

I even didn't feel like to stay longer their everything was terrible so we ask takeaway container and...

I am a Coeliac. I went in and asked if I could have the chicken salad GF as this was an option on the menu. when it came it had croutons, I asked the waitress to please double check if it was gluten free and explained I was coeliac and highly allergic. She said sorry and confirmed she got it wrong.. that was all good, no issues. When she brought the salad back from the kitchen I ate most of it and realised that there was a crouton in the bottom! She confirmed to me that the chef must have just picked them out instead of making a new salad! Needless to say this is neglect and very dangerous for many people. If you can’t be bothered to give a dam about people/ customers or their health you shouldn’t be working there! The worst food ever in my life Never seen the worst presentation on food as bland as this place

Gourmet wraps don't look even close to gourmet, fill with little meat and tiny bit of salad and cost $17.50, came out realllllllllllly thin and realllllly small, very loosen wrap, didnt even come with some garnish or anything that make the dish worth for $17. Smash avo, well i saw the menu says only smash avo, mushroom, feta and glaze. And yep it came exactly what that says, imagine that and $22.50, no effort to put on the dish, no garnish, just a slice of soaky bread and the rest. Very disappointed.

The purpose on this review is just dont want anyone to fall from good reviews.
