Been coming here since feb and everytime the staff always manage to put a smile on my face. Everyone is so friendly and I love coming here all the time. My friends and I always meet here for breakfast. The food is amazing, the service is fantastic and the staffs are great! There was a time that I was the one who made a mistake with my order and yet they were the one who apologised, refunded my order and even gave me an extra food on the house. Love Oliver browns Charlestown but decided to try Lake Macquarie fairs OB at 5pm must say abit disappointed comparing the two, my food was fine I guess ( the crepe tasted alittle different but fine) my friend who ate with me got a fondue for 2 and got extra dipping chocolate, well all the chocolate dips were half full. I was pretty upset just looking at it. And she was saying the marshmallows don’t taste good and didn’t eat them. Had Brunch here today, I had a Spicy scrambled eggs & chorizo croissant and it was delicious. A drizzle of spicy mayo was the perfect compliment, not hot but with just enough bite to make it enjoyable. My partner had a brekkie roll with runny egg, bacon, tomato and hash brown with a tomato relish on the side. Both of these meals were just delightful and very little conversation was had while eating cos neither of us wanted to stop... :) Highly recommend this place, we will be back to try their hot chocolates...
