Sadly with no other stores delivering (recently Red Roster has) this was the only option for the longest time when unable to go get take away. I can't fault their prices, though the food has been getting smaller and less toppings for a while now, most likely to make their large new york style more enticing.
However to many times have i made an order online for delivery and an hour later, the tracker is still sitting at "Making Order" only to call and be told, sorry we don't have any drivers, or we are pretty busy. This wouldn't be to bad except there was no communication prior. I work dogwatches, so i am asleep by 2pm for work at 10pm, If i was notified that there was extreme wait times, or they were unable to fulfill my order i wouldn't of order it.
Then getting a refund is extremely time consuming, as they "cancel" the order, and the money isn't refunded for up to a week, the last one took 8 days to show up back in my account, this isn't fair on the customer specially when it was the stores fault in the first place. Inform the customer BEFORE taking their money that their order will either be late or not able to be made.
All in all this is a bad domino's but sadly the only one that delivers to Cardiff, so just a warning ONLY ORDER IF YOU HAVE NO...

Checked the app at 7:50pm still sitting in ''ready in store status" phoned the store a few times- 7 in total, no answer. Drove down to the store to see what was going on as I wasn't to contact the store. Spoke to the manager when I arrived who advised that they were short on delivery drivers and that our order was just about to go out. He offered to make fresh ones as he admitted our order was sitting there for over 20 mins. Requested a small refund for the inconvenience and wait time, he was able to offer this to me and was very friendly. Think head office needs to maybe look at hiring...
