Had one of the worst experiences with Wallsend Dominoes. I ordered for delivery and paid for the skip the que process. Well the delivery went to another house down the road which I visited to see if my delivery got sent there which it did and the guy was already into it because he thought his wife ordered it, he had no receipt to give me to prove the address on it was a mistake. So this guy finally realises that his wife didn’t order the pizza and called Wallsend Domino pizza. The little kid who called me who must be a manager had the nerve to say I made a mistake on the order by choosing the wrong address. I explained to this kid your dominoes data base has my address and can’t go wrong because I didn’t type it in the address shows up as is. So I paid for my order 1811 and Wallsend Dominoes manager calls me at 1850 to lie about his imcompetance like I’m stupid or something. We then set a time for the order to arrive and we make it 1930, I then make the same order but to Mayfield Dominos pick up. After an hour still no delivery from Wallsend Domino’s.Me and my family have eaten now.
I know this is a one off but to not own up to their mistake was a let down. Show me the receipt of the mistaken address and I have egg on my face but until then. I still have no pizza delivered even after the kid tried to tell me I made the mistake.
2040 a Manager apologised for the mistake and kindly offered a refund, I asked for a picture of the receipt with the mistake on it but the manager couldn’t provide, This is the way you handle a customer. This was a one off...
Read moreNow not the first time I have had problems but the first time I feel the need to post. Ordered pizza at 6:12pm, 7:12pm delivery time given...ok they must be busy. Rang at 7:30pm. Girl who answered needs attitude adjustment. I'm not going to go into the nooks and crannies, the conversation started pleasantly enough however when I was about to ask for the manager to voice my complaint...well. Now I understand they get busy, and tempers can be frayed but you NEVER be rude to a customer or tell them "that's just how it is" and never EVER swear at a customer. I did have a "a good f@#*ing night" thanks you rude girl at Domino's Wallsend. I certainly hope your manager of the night Brody heard your ending remarks. Oh...pizza and bbq chicken meatballs arrived 7:55pm half cut and without the bbq sauce. Thank goodness your delivery drivers...
Read moreOrdered pizza's online for pick-up. Arrived around the pick-up time and saw they were showing as ready on the screen. Had to wait whilst everyone else in the Store was to worried about the phone or delivery pizzas before being served. One of the pizzas was left off the order and was told it would take 5 mins to make another. The rest of the pizzas sat there getting dryer. Over 15 mins later the pizza was ready. During that time we were forced to wait outside in the cold as a maximum of 5 people were only allowed in the Store. A total of 30 mins after the selected pick-up time we left with our order. One hot pizza and four semi cold ones. Disappointing service. I would have thought that we would be offered a refund on the pizza that was missed. Would recommend...
