we booked in for 12pm, ordered our entree and mains at 12.15pm. waited ti l 1pm for the garlic bread entree , had to ask for where it was. Another group of 10 came in and were fed with entrees and mains before we got our entree. When it finally came out at 1.30pm it wasn't cooked. Sent it back and asked for two wines for compensation. They gave us two wines but no entree. 2pm we finally get our recooked garlic bread that was burnt. 3 more people came in and were fed and we were still waiting for our mains. 2.15 and still not fed. We decide to leave and I told them they will get a bad review and i want my money back. Manager with the purple hair said sorry they have a new chef- didn't stop them from feeding everyone else - there was only two of us. She told me i'll get a refund and don't come back again! For the second time i went to their so called Sunday roast. Ended up being a huge pork chop that I couldn't even cut with a steak knife , let alone chew it. Then realised the vegetables were dry n shrivelled. To make matters worse there was no greens. I asked for my money back after I explained why, to the so called chef. His smartarse, rude attitude didn't help. He refused to refund me. I told him it was unacceptable at $20 and walked out. Never to return. Also 3 weeks ago gave me raw rissoles. Disgusting.
