We ordered home delivery dinner and it was so very disappointing. We had ordered from here in the past and it had been ok. This time it was next level bad. I ordered hot and sour soup and crispy king prawns with cashew nut sauce. The flavour of the soup was not Thai, it was a bowl of heavily salted sweet water and not the traditional balance of Thai flavour you would expect from a hot and sour soup. The crispy king prawn dish come delivered with so called ‚crispy‘ prawns covered in the sauce. By the time it arrived it was one hell of a gluggy mess that went right into the bin. ordered online, said maximum 15 minutes yet after waiting 30 minutes they call me to get my payment details and hadn't even started making it. Then when they deliver they don't bring the drink. Had to ring to find out what was happening, and no answer, but were quick to ring back when i threatened to cancel payment. Then took longer to come back with the drink that it took them to leave without giving it to me. were we compensated, No. My daughter said she had a bad feeling about them and not to order, next time I will listen. To quote the most fitting version of this cliche.... if you blink you'll miss it. We drove around the area 3 times and couldn't find this restaurant for 45 minutes even though we were outside it. To be fair, it was a dark wet night but it is in the Carpark of a pub do one is forgiven for lack of local knowledge. Once in however it's like one has found the treasure that the map made you work so hard for. The Thai dishes here are delicious.
