Unfortunately I have to update my review a year later. Below average now. Not sure how everything went from being so good to this. After waiting 40 mins you would expect the food to actually be cooked. Oven blistered cherry tomatoes were just hot cherry tomatoes that were cut in half. Bacon was only cooked enough to be considered cooked, not crispy at all. The price is great but would rather pay more for something not disappointing.

Not going to say I love this place but I do. Everything is soo good, and I just keep coming back. I would say get your self here for a coffee but then there will be more people and I don't want to wait, even when there is lots of people they still get everything out in a good time. And a nice hot chocolate on a cold day is a perfect way to start your day

A busy popular Cafe 😁 We popped in for a late brekkie & a coffee. My friend really enjoys the nut & raisin toast or the bagels with cream cheese. My fav is the brekkie salad, which is perfect for my gluten free needing tummy ☺️👌🏻 Really lovely coffee here too. I tend to look away & avoid the sweet treats but I'm told they are mouth watering delicious ✨

Great sourdough and coffee, but that’s it. The wait was nearly 40mins for the food and it was so disappointing when it arrived. The “smashed” avo is actually just chopped avo. Added bacon to this meal and it was rubbish, undercooked and bland, waste of $4. The eggs were over cooked, which we were told about when they arrived. We were told if we wanted the poached eggs cooked again, the cook would do that for us. Why serve subpar food in the first place? We declined as we were starving. They did end up bringing us two more eggs, as there was 6 eggs between us, the ratio was a little off. The meals look large , however, it’s mostly due to the rocket sprawled over the plates. So the meals are quite expensive for the quality of food and the size of the meal. Not sure how this cafe has such high ratings.(??!!) Highly...

I had been to Williams in November 2015 and the food was pretty good. I went today and the menu had changed. I tried to order two pizzas and they said they weren't on the menu today. I wanted to order a toastie without avocado and add some tomato and onion but they wouldn't accomodate me. I wanted to order them for my Mum as she is very limited in what she can eat. It was Mum's birthday and to make things worse she had a milkshake spilt over her clothes. The staff were very apologetic and I give them some credit for their prompt response. The management need to look at being more flexible in accomodating the needs of diners that can't eat what is on the menu. They make great sourdough and milkshakes but the food experience was atrocious. It was Mum's worst dining experience...

Williams needs to up it's game. It's been 12 months since last visit so I accept some things may have changed due to COVID however, we sat down expecting menus but nothing. After a while I got up and was told no table service. It would have been nice to know that when the table was pointed out to us. There seems no priority given to dine-in customers either as my partner had to line up with everyone wanting take away. Eggs and bacon were ok but not as good as last visit. We'll probably stick to take away patisserie...
