Subway — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I work for subway. But I decide I want to go to the new mount Hutton store. The store might be fancy but the food I can not eat! It's disgusting. The teriyaki chicken looks like it sat for days 2 scoops to a foot long 1 scoop to a six inch. I GOT HALF A SCOOP. I asked for mozzarella cheese and it didn't even cover my food. I asked for more cheese and I received half a pinch. It's like it wasn't even the servings they are supposed to be! I WORK FOR SUBWAY I KNOW THE SERVINGS. NONE OF THE SALAD WAS FRESH. IT WAS DISGUSTING. MY WHOLE SANDWICH IS RUINED. PULL UP OR SHUT DOWN. YOURE STORE IS DISGUSTING. I AM PRETTY SURE THE STORE I WORK AT IS BETTER AND ITS NOT UPDATED? ITS NOT A NEW STORE. IT JUST HAS COMMITTED WORKERS THAT PREP SALADS EVERY DAY. COOK BREAD GRESH EVERY DAY .AND CHECK THE DATS ON THE SALAD BAR 3 TIMES A DAY BREAKFAST (BEFORE SALAD PREP) LUNCH (RUSH HOUR) CLOSE. CLEARLY THIS STORE THINKS SERVING AND LOOKING GOOD IS ENOUGH. BUT MAN IF I GOT Paid to turn up and serve and look good .I would volunteer to work...

Driving back from Sydney and went to the local Subway as it was the only one open at the time off arrival 7.50pm. Open sign was showing, door open, my family and I walked in, only to be told that their closed. I replied it's not 8pm yet, young female staff responding its 8.10pm, I then said no it's not. Another young female staff saying no it's not 8 o'clock yet. By that time I stated the obvious hence why we walked, my family walked out but I was not impressed. I was in the right, and I work in the hospitality industry, so if you want to close up and not have anyone come in, then you closed the doors and put closed sign facing out. I will be putting a complaint through to the manager and will not like to be serve by the rude unprofessional staff that spoke to me. Very unaustralian on this particular day. Should be ashamed...

Went to Mt Hutton for the first time since the recent expansion. Spotted a Subway outside and ventured in for a sub.

It has got to be the cleanest and well designed Subway I have ever seen. The counter pops up and down (very hygienic), there is a fresh ingredient display behind the counter, and a lot of surfaces are stainless steel.

The staff were extremely friendly and well presented, and legitimately cared about each customer.

Bonus points for the USB ports...
