Urban Bistro — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

We returned one of our children's cheese burgers that was raw in the middle only to have the chef swear his head off within earshot of our table about people checking what they order. This was a mince pattie burger... not a steak sandwich. Then he proceeded to bang something loudly for a few minutes and crank up his music. Our chosen combo of entree meals had burnt bread served to us. Luckily, the waitress was an absolute champion and apologised repeatedly. She deserves a medal for easing the tension in this 'family restaurant'. Will happily drink there, it's a nice place... but eat there?...
