Chatime Nowra — Restaurant in Nowra

Staff have not been appropriately trained to make drinks according to the menu. I've been ordering the same drink, a Thai Milk tea from ChaTime for years now. On kiosk and at counters I always say or press NO mix-ins. Everywhere can get it correct except ChaTime in Nowra.

Multiple times I've ordered from this store and they decided to put pearls in my drink and then insist that it is a default in a Thai milk tea (I have discussed this with other stores all over NSW and they've all told me this is definitely not the case as pearls are an extra and cost extra money). When confronted they said no this is right and other stores are making my drinks incorrectly with no mix-ins. This has happened twice now, with a rude girl the other day and who I'm assuming is the manager in the past as well.

If I select a Thai milk tea, skip mix ins and select 1/2 sugar and 1/2 ice then it means i want.. you guessed it a Thai Milk with 1/2 sugar & 1/2 ice. This is printed onto the sticker and onto cup yet you still have nerve to get frustrated at customers when they "don't tell you" that I don't want toppings.

When drink is made a 2nd time it is always nice, however a drink is being wasted everytime I go to this chatime cause they just can't follow their own menu. Perhaps learning from other stores would serve...

I’m usually a customer of Mr Cup as they have the BEST tea in all of Nowra but today I was in NCP and decided to try chatime. I WONT be going there ever again. There was a girl behind the counter that was being SOOOO rude and horrible to another customer in front of all of us other customers. I felt so awful for that poor girl that she berated in front of everyone that was just trying to buy tea. What kind of a business conducts themselves in that kind of manner? The girl behind the counter was young and it was very clear that the customer she was berating was in distress. I would suggest Mr Cup as a safe option for customers as they don’t treat their customers this way and they have amazing tea, as well as...

I've been here a few times..as mediocre as ever. I understand that it's a busy place but the staff can be very rude when you're trying to place an order. The self serve machine is extremely slow too.

Something I'd like to see there in the future is the staff to he wearing gloves. They're always transferring the boba pearls and the tea and it splashes onto their hands and they transfer it all over the place. If you work with food/ drinks- gloves should...
