Fresh Cafe — Restaurant in Nuriootpa

On my first visit to this Café, I was amazed at the brightness, cleanliness, and range of foods available! The Staff are friendly but professional, our order was not delayed.. And I regret not photographing our Blueberry Muffin and amazing Iced Coffees! The flavour in the coffees was a nice strength, much stronger than in most cafés. A very average menu and not value for money. I went here on a quiet day where there was less than half the tables in use but four staff working. I do not understand how it could then take nearly 10 minutes to put a pie on a plate and remove a bottled drink from the chiller. I just wanted a quick and simple lunch. I browsed their menu too but I'm hoping I misread $16...

Omg what a disgrace!!! I put my order in at 12.05 for a coffee and person after person kept going before me, the place was trashed, the barista Louise was swearing about her working conditions and I could hear it all.

This is disgusting behaviour I’ll never be back!! I was late back to work with no coffee I won’t be recommending this place poor customer service...
