Coffee Rush — Restaurant in Orange

I have been coming here for the past 5 years and they were great but the last 12 months it has gone downhill. I have been charged on multiple occasions for items I didn't order, coffees are hit and miss on flavour and quite a few times I've been given the wrong coffee and of an early morning I feel I am an imposition to certain staff for ordering a coffee. What changed 12 months ago that your business has degraded this much? Your staff were amazing, coffee excellent and never was I ripped off. That's changed and after being ripped off by paying for something I didn't order again this week and purchasing another sandwich that had heaps of lettuce but bugger all chicken I can honestly say you've done your dash and I won't be returning. It's a shame because I loved your business in the past but now all the customer focus is gone and the care...

This drive-through coffee shop is an absolute gem! Not only is the coffee consistently top-notch, but the service is always fast and genuinely friendly. It's the little extras like a loyalty card, or just a genuine “have a great day,” which shows the team clearly cares about quality and customer service.

And let’s talk about the Orange Poppy Seed muffins—they are hands down the BEST I’ve ever had! Moist, fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness.
