Golden Sun Asian Food Gourmet — Restaurant in Orange

I am afraid to announce that flavour has left the building.

While up until recently this was the best Chinese takeaway in town, by far.

It has recently changed hands and is now dwelling at the bottom of the restaurant offering in Orange with the most of Orange's Chinese take away joints

Stale, oily, flavourless, and that was just one dish

The second was grizzly and mean, but not in an interesting bear kind of way.

What little protein was in the second dish had definitely been chased from the Northern Territory to the abattoir, while being hit with sticks

I hope they do a better job one day, I wont get to see it

I decided to try this chinese resto for the first time and ordered the nasi goreng without pork and honey pepper chicken. The flavors were pretty good, especially the honey pepper chicken. The portion sizes were generous too. However, the dining area was quite small and lacked a heater, making it a bit uncomfortable to dine in. I'd recommend ordering for takeaway. Overall, a decent meal but the dining experience...

Dined in on what was a busy Friday night for the restaurant. We were the only ones dining in but we were made to feel very welcome. Quaint and clean dining area with very friendly service from Angela. We ordered the satay chicken skewers, honey king prawns, bbq pork plum sauce, and special fried rice. The food came out in a timely fashion despite how busy the kitchen was. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Will definitely be ordering...
