Very disappointed that service at 7 o’clock we had waited in the drive-through for 45 minutes to be told that they did not have potato and gravy or any gravy at all and they would not have any for the rest of the night. We were told to pay full price for Items we didn’t get and weren’t offered any supplement items so for a family meal that supposed to come with potato and gravy and a coleslaw we were told there was no potato and gravy and no coleslaw and we offered any complimentary items instead of those so very disappointed with KFC orange in general, this is not the first time this is happened to us as a couple And I probably guarantee it won’t be the last. This is absolutely ridiculous at 7 o’clock to have no potato gravy or coleslaw. What the hell has KFC orange used to turn to crap to be in the line 45 minutes before getting to the announcement box to state what we wanted to order and been told that we can’t order that item , because they don’t have a certain thing and sitting in line for another 15 minutes to get pushed through without ordering anything from the drive-through window so an hour in drive-through waiting to receive any items because they didn’t have what we wanted to order this rectified as soon as possible and will not be going back to KFC Orange until this is rectified or I am informed of something else can be rectified I am awaiting a phone call from a manager to rectify this. Hopefully the owner because this is unacceptable. This is not the first time this is happened and I am hoping to have this rectified as soon as possible. Thank you.

One of the major issues I encountered was the excessive wait time to receive my food. It seemed as though the entire process was incredibly slow and inefficient. Even though it's a fast food restaurant, it took an unreasonably long time for my order to be prepared and delivered to me. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I was expecting a quick meal.
To make matters worse, there were instances where my food order was incorrect. I found myself having to return to the counter multiple times to rectify the situation, which only added to the chaos and frustration. It was clear that there was a lack of proper management and attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of the orders.
Given that KFC is renowned for its fast food service, I would have expected a more efficient and organized experience. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unmanaged, leaving me with a negative impression of the establishment.
If I were to offer a suggestion, I would encourage the management to take a closer look at their processes and improve the overall efficiency and accuracy of the food preparation and delivery. Customers should be able to rely on KFC to provide them with a quick and hassle-free dining experience.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to the KFC in Orange was far from satisfactory. Read moreSuch poor customer service. I spent 40 minutes in the drive through after already ordering online. When we got our food, we were missing 1 burger. I had to get their attention through the drive through window (I waved a few times then had to honk my horn), but once I did, I was asked what burger I was missing. Since we ordered a set online deal, I didn’t know. So I showed them my order in hopes that would help. They barely checked the list, and just repeated their question - this wasn’t helpful at all. I understand that it was busy, and they were all likely extremely frustrated, but it could have been expressed in a more helpful way. I ended up guessing a random burger, and it turns out that they left it out because they were out of some chicken products - that’s absolutely fine, but it needs to be either replaced, or told to us at the ordering station, or the app. To their credit, there was a sign on the 2nd drive through window that mentions what products were missing, but since we ordered an online deal with multiple burgers in it, this didn’t particularly help me as I am not familiar with their menu. The sign also said that all chicken product would be replaced with lettuce, which isn’t a particularly fair replacement for a burger.
