Guzman y Gomez - Orange — Restaurant in Orange

I stopped in on the way home from work. There was no one waiting in line when I ordered a just a Cali Burrito meal.

A few minutes later a couple walked into the store and obviously knew most of the staff as they all started fist bumping and talking to the staff behind the counter. The couple who walked in then ordered food.

More people came into the store and ordered food. Then after about 10 minutes of waiting the couple who came in after me received their order which was a massive paper bag full of food and with goodbyes from the staff they then went on their way.

I then walked up to the counter and said "I'm just waiting on a Cali Burrito meal, which I ordered before that couple came in" to which one of the workers said "there's been an issue with your order, it's on the way now."

After another probably 5 minutes of standing there waiting for a simple Chicken Cali Burrito the staff member then went and made it himself because for whatever reason the order still had not been completed.

Eventually after more than 15 minutes of waiting I finally received my chicken Cali Burrito meal.

I understand that after work is a busy time and you have drive through orders but maybe look after regular customers the same way you look after your friends orders and then you would keep everyone happy. Don't blame my order for being missed or having an issue with when you've mealy expedited your...

Went into gyg orange this afternoon, I had an online order and went up to the counter to pick up. There were about 6 workers who could clearly see myself and two others waiting to order. They ignored us for about 5mins before a girl out the back came and helped me, she said my order wasn’t ready yet. I then proceeded to wait 15 mins while I watched the staff to chat and stand around while I still haven’t got my food. A lady behind me in line, got her food before me. I went and asked about my food before a lady got it, the food must of been sitting there for a while but because they were all talking about their personal life’s, they did not know I already asked about my food. I assume the lady that served me was the manger. She did not say a thing to me while handing my food, and rudely just turned around and went back to talking to her co-workers. Hi, I'm writting to express my disappointment in our experience at orange today - we live in cowra and go to your restaurant each time we go to orange and usually love it, today was our 5th time but sadly it was terrible- I was 1st inline and had to wait atleast 10mins, I ordered kids tacos , a mild chicken bowl and 2 drink and cherros - I was told I couldn't add sour cream to the tacos but had added it to my bowl along with guacamole- they forgot to open my drink with a bottle opener, so i had to go in and get it opened- then our meal came and it had a burrito instead of taco, so I went bsck and waited to change it and get tacos made, went back outside to my daughter to eat our meal and my bowl was basically rice, beans, 3 bits of chicken, a few bits of tomato, 3 corn chips , guacamole and no sour cream- I ate it because we were hungry and I'd already wait twice to correct things and it was super busy, and I had to head...
