Pizza Rebellion — Restaurant in Orange

I had the delight of ordering from pizza rebelion today and very rarely do i feel inclined to share my experience when ordering food. However something presented itself different today. From my perspective i see a new pizza shop open up and with the amount there are in wagga it had me ask myself what makes this place any different. Well after a lovely chat with the owner, a delicious pizza and a bit of self reflecting ive come to find out youre not just buying a great tasting fresh pizza. Youre supporting a rebellion. A pizza rebllion. A movement against massive corporations that lost the connection to their own food over time. A rebellion against just eating pizza and a step towards enjoying your pizza with pride instead. They present themselves as an opportunity for people who are otherwise overlooked in the job industry and back this up with a dedication and love for pizza ive never seen anywhere else. I eat a lot of pizza, it’s one of the things I am confident in rating. My personal preference is a slice from downtown New York over what you’d find in Italy, all the way down to the $5 value pizzas at dominos.

I’ve had the pepperoni pizza three times, each time, the tomato base, the thickness and firmness of the pizza, the quantity of cheese, perfecto. The $15 variant has probably double the pepperoni and some more herbs than the $9 variant which I actually prefer. I dare say I prefer this over most shops in New York, something I dare not claim for any other pizza joint I’ve been to on this side of the hemisphere (predominantly Sydney).

Only improvement would’ve been letting the customers select oregano and chilli flakes add on for free (as you would find in any shop in New York)

Bravo, sad to see there isn’t one of these...

We unfortunately had a bad experience with Pizza Rebellion, we ordered through menu log and had an estimated time of delievery, however it took 2 phone calls to pizza rebellion to get our order almost 2hrs later. I spoke to the manager twice - first time she couldn't even see our order and then mysteriously found it and said it hadn't even been made yet (this was 30mins after estimated deliver time so roughly 50mins after I had placed order). The second time I called an hour after estimated deliver time the manager then said "oh sorry we will make your order now"! We finally received our order almost 2hrs later from the point of ordering to the point of delivery plus they left out several items we had ordered! Pretty disappointing to...
