We went at Pala last 16 Oct Sunday for my husband's bday brunch. I just saw a friend's post in FB about this place so I decided to give it a try.

Parking: there is a quiet decent parking space just beside Pala.

Customer Service Experience: We had the most amazing experience ever! When we entered the place, we had a warm greeting from Dexter, one of the owners of Pala. He asked if we have reservation and immediately lead us to our table. When he learned that it was our 1st time there, he suggested the best sellers to give us idea of what to order. He kept on checking on us, asking about the food, the serving etc. Another owner, Marge, kept on checking on us too. Marvin, the cashier and another owner was so nice too when he took our orders. They are such a hands on owners! The vibe in this place is very positive. All the staff are smiling. While am eating, I also observed Dexter checking on his staff, asking if they are ok (coz the place is crazy busy) and giving them a pat on their backs/shoulders. Very kind gesture.

Food: We ordered "Breakfast of the Champion", Chori Burger, Chicken Adobo Benedict, Mango Smoothie, Cold Matcha Latte and Hot Ube Latte (lactose free). We enjoyed the food so much. It was the first time that my daughter was able to finish a Burger! She was smiling and giggling the whole time she's eating. The prices are fine, not that pricey.

Others: Ordering is thru the counter. We paid by eftpos/paypass. I love their till screen that shows all your orders so you can browse and review if they missed something. They also offer patteseri at the counter. We bought their different Ensaymadas and Buco (young coconut) Pie for takeaway. They have quite decent dining area. Hope they expand so they can accommodate more customers. PALA is a Filipino Fusion Resto but you can see multi cultural customers. The place is very clean and tidy.

Thanks Pala owners and staff for a great and amazing experience you gave us! It was indeed an above and beyond customer service! We will definitely come back to try other dishes. All the...

Avoid this place, booked for 4 peaple on a Saturday, we arrived and told only 2 were booked, if we wanted a seat we'd have to sit down stairs in an enclosed area, all four of us ordered our meals at the same time, only to receive food approximately 1 later only because of reminding the staff we are down here, when the food finally arrived 2 of my friends received the wrong menu but the staff member insisted the order was correct, my friends half ate there meals , not to there liking or order, my meal the mushrooms were missing, told not ordered, ate my meal and the mushrooms finally arrived, drinks another debacle wrong tea's wait again, finally the owner comes down a advises us the 2 wrong meals were going to be replaced on the way out, the meals were prepared at his cost good, no upon walking out 1 of the staff demands the meals to be paid, more confusion and lack of communication, only to be told to compensate for the lack of service a small offering of a desert we my have, wrong, two of my friends ate half there meals paid for in cash, nothing wrong with the money we gave them and walked out in discussed , there was also confusion at the till paying for incorrect meals, after some time and confusion again the bill was paid for, the next day I checked my online bank details, I've been charged for two meals and consumed one, Went back for the refund and the owner didn't even know how to refund on the eftpos machine asking a young staff member for help and your the owner, You were not short staffed as I've eaten there when the place was backed before, your lack of service and many mistakes with money as you handled all the transactions were ammiture, please try and employ some staff with little experience at least, the whole disastrous day for us...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pala Cafe and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease.

The first thing that caught my attention was the aroma of freshly brewed coffee that filled the air. As a coffee lover, this was a promising sign that I was in for a treat. I ordered a cappuccino and was not disappointed. The coffee was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of espresso and frothy milk. It was evident that the baristas at Pala Cafe take pride in their craft and pay attention to every detail.

What truly set Pala Cafe apart was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to explain the different coffee options and even recommended some of their favorite blends. It was evident that they were passionate about what they do and genuinely cared about providing a great experience for their customers.

The atmosphere at Pala Cafe was cozy and inviting. The interior was tastefully decorated with comfortable seating arrangements, creating a relaxed and welcoming ambiance. It was the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a good cup of coffee.

Overall, my experience at Pala Cafe was nothing short of excellent. The coffee was top-notch, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone in search of a great cup of coffee and a warm, welcoming...

Were there this arvo for lunch. Not too many items on the menu but it's the right amount for a cafe. Meaning chefs can focus on creating quality and delicious meals. Ordered the iced Ube latte and their version of Big brekky. The staffs were amazing and very friendly. Can I just say, that's the portion my late grandma (bless her soul) would feed her grand children because she's always worried that we'll go hungry😆😆 Perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, pork belly chips (Die die must try!), The yellow garlic rice and everything So perfect!! I couldn't n't find anything to fault. Good service, good food, value for money 😘😘 I'm already planning my next trip back And please remember to grab yourself the ensaymada on your way out. Definitely to die for🤤🤤🤤🤤 Thank you Marjorie and the crews🙌 for the amazing food. Keep up the good work! Update: A 'year' later, I came back again on New Year's Day. Was such a busy service. The staffs were still serving customers with a smile. Didn't have to wait long for the food. Amazing as the first time, albeit slightly smaller portion (just enough for me not to waste any food) My only complain is that: Can you guys please plan another cafe for us in SOR pretty please 🤣 Thanks so much for keeping us full on New Year's Day.
