Bit of a long one sorry but very detailed. I normally don’t write reviews unless I have had a horrible experience or good experience. Don’t get me wrong, the food was nice and good value for money. When it comes to customer service I would rate a 0. After getting home I had wished I actually took photo’s 🤦🏽♀️ 1- service was not prompt (even though we arrived at 12 and were legit the only ones in the restaraunt). 2- plates just chucked infront (our share plates was out infront of 1 person and me being the diner, had to hand them out to the other 3 on the table. 3- when food was brought out, they don’t bother removing empty plates, they don’t manoeuvre the plates to fit on the table properly, they put it way on the end where it almost falls of which could be avoided if they would bother to move plates around on the table, don’t replace water bottles if they come and water is clearly empty. They do not tell us what dish it is when it comes out in the banquet (luckily I am not allergic to garlic or anything). Desserts where forgotten to be given, we waited a long time and asked about our tea then waited more and asked about our desserts (about 20minutes) 4- cleanliness. we were the first ones in, chairs had crumbs on them and had to ask to get moved as we didn’t want to sit on crumbs, outside was trashed form I’m guessing the night before. No-one bothers to clean before they open. After we left it was still trashed. Whilst we were finished and the restaurant was half full, they decide to lock the door and mop the whole restaurant DURING service. This poor guy outside was knocking and knocking to try come in as they said they locked it because they were mopping, I explained to the lady that she should explain it to him however when she walked near the door she walked straight past it and didn’t let him know why the door was locked at opening hours. 5- waitress’s could not smile or show any emotion and just plain rude. 6- Billing. At the end of our meal, I pulled my card out to pay, the lady looked around and then said “our eftpos machine is down. You can pay ID (which we are aware of PAY ID scams) or get get cash out but someone has to stay behind. Previously a table next to us had said this is the 3 time they have been here and all 3 times they were told the machine is down.
All and all, these people have the rudest service and the worst service I have EVER encountered so far in my life. I honestly don’t know how this place is still running if it wasn’t for the nice food. There was one younger male waiter with glasses, who I noticed eventually come in and maybe started work around 12:30 and noticed he did more work than the two ladies that were there and I felt sorry for him however, unfortunately I couldn’t tip him directly as they don’t do personal tips and the other ladies were just doing nothing but having chocolate otherwise I would have place a tip in the main tip jar. If I worked here, I would honestly be ashamed to work in this place. I would much rather work at Maccas as I get better service there and at least Maccas can clean before or after service.
I did ask who the owner was and the lady explained that it was the chef that came out the kitchen to mop the floors which I highly doubt so didn’t bother talking to him as I was literally shaking because I wanted to but my tongue from being appalled with mostly everything.
I worked in hospitality for 8 years and was soo ashamed at this place and it took me soo much not to be rude at the useless staff members and make a scene to the boss infront of all their customers.
DEFINATLEY will not be...

We came as a table of 4 with a booking. We had a nice bottle of chilled water dropped off, and waited 20 minutes for a glass. We should have realised we would get better service from Maccas.
We waited for the buffet. 40 minutes after being seated we waved down a waitress (we actually had to call a waitress across the restaurant as they were avoiding eye contact). And asked about the buffet and she told us in this awesome sullen tone "no buffet today" then moved to walk away. We had to stop her and ask if we could place an order, the response: "at least 45 minutes wait" came as a threat.
We ordered the $40 banquet. The one reason to come here is the food. It was awesome with generous portions! Come for the food.
We had a lot left overs. So we tried to get the attention of the wait staff. The first one avoided eye contact furiously studying the floor. The second one managed to look at everything except our table, I'm pretty sure he found Wally cause he was looking really really hard. The other one was busy trying to look at anything but patrons.
I went to the front counter. On my way I asked if I could get a couple of containers. The waitress was told to take the food order from another table first, and then when I stood at the counter I was ignored by the person that directed her. I waited for a couple of minutes and finally after taking the order the waitress came back and handed me a couple of containers. It took all of 10 seconds but I had to wait.... for no reason.
While I was at the front counter I asked about desert and was told "yes, yes it is included we'll come shortly".
Back at the table we waited half an hour. Then we moved all of our used plates to another table as the place was only half full. After waiting, my partner calls out "excuse me" and waves directly at a waitress. Apparently this offended the waitress as we were told that we only had a choice of black tea or coffee and pastries.
It took about 20 minutes to get desert. I made sure that the wait staff could see me writing a review. I shall include your tip here: without customers you won't have a job, you work in the service industry. Try to remember this literally means paying attention and servicing your customers.
In short, get takeaway. Come for the food, do not stay for...

I contacted the restaurant early in the week to make sure that they were able to accommodate that amount of people, as I have been the this restaurant before and had not had the best service, but food was great, and was giving them the benefit of doubt. Big mistake on my part. When all our guest had arrived we advised them that a few had not turned up and there would be 20 of us eating. The waitress advised that’s fine and advised that the banquet meal is about 45min wait. I advised that I had contacted early in the week to make sure there was something organised. I advised that it would be fine as long as the dips and bread (Mezza) was bought out so people had something to eat. She advised she would see if this was possible. After 20min there was still no food at all on the table. I asked what the delay on the dips were, she advised the kitchen was working on it. After a further 15min there was nothing. At this point the group had decided we would leave and order pizza elsewhere. When I advised the waitress, she didn’t seem phased, she advised the kitch is busy working on other meals. A different waitress heard me mention that 20 people were about to leave and spoke to the owner. She came back and advised that she can have food on the table in 10min. We decided to stay. The food slowly came out and was delicious. When I went to pay I was charged for the full 25 people. I queried this and the same original waitress advised the booking was for 25 and that was that, again didn’t seem to care or provide any level of service or change the cost to that of 20 people, so we had to pay $40 for 5 people who didn’t eat, and yes that’s $200 for nothing. I will not be going back to this place, neither will the 20 guests that came to help us celebrate. There are now better Lebanese restaurants in Perth that will provide the food and service. I’m not even sure the owners cares or reads these reviews, so don’t reward them with your hard...
