Ordered vegetarian pizza peri peri paneer twice in past few days, got a ham piece first time in my pizza, i did not bother to put the review that time as i thought mistake can happen, maybe they did food contamination but when i ordered again after few days, received another piece of bacon in vegetarian pizza and when i said there was food contamination, the staff on call said that i had to mention in notes that i want vegan where it was not a vegan pizza. Waited 2.5hrs for my food to be delivered on a Wednesday night. I called an hour and a half after I ordered, as the app still said my food was not being made, they said it was prepared sitting out waiting as they were low on staff drivers. I understand staff shortages as I work in hospitality where we deliver food and some nights take longer then others, although after another hour passed and no app updates I called again to be told that they had no updates on my order, put me on hold and told me it was leaving the store.
