Parkes Maccas, I must say, for the most part my experience was great, even though it was 'first thing in the morning' and there wasn't much in the way of the place being busy, I did still manage to have to wait in the bay, but that's fine, the only drawback from the experience was, as part of my order, I paid for a Cappuccino with two sugars (because I'm not sweet enough 😜) but the drink tasted as though it HADN'T BEEN given such the requested additives, and that's not a good way to start a new relationship, however, the meal itself was fine, and it definitely hit the spot, and yes, I'll be a regular, to a degree, I just hope that quality assurance can be made with every purchase. But hey, this restaurant, is far better than some of the others out there, and I was happy enough with the experience, they're still worthy of the five stars rating, in my opinion at least. And as I travel a fair bit, (for personal reasons, as I'm unable to gain employment due to DISABILITY issues) I've had the opportunity to visit many franchises, & I know which of them that I avoid (because of various reasons relating to quality of the food, and customer service) so when you see my giving of the five stars, then it's something that you can pretty much rely upon, if however you have a different experience and therefore opinion, then so be it, but I'm definitely a good indicator of quality, as I don't pay respect when it's not...

Sheet! Been waiting to tell this one. Morning of 27-12-2020 we ordered 2 almond milk coffees, supplying our own almond milk, due to the high sugar content in Milk Lab that they use. After an approx 20 min wait they served our milk to someone else. We let them know but it seemed there would be enough left for us. We then waited a further 18 minutes, bringing the total to 38 minutes for 2 coffees. There was another couple that waited longer. I spoke to the young male manager ?Harley and suggested he dig deep and hand out some hash browns to keep the people off the google reviews. He didn't. Here we are. When we got our coffees made they ran out and had to apologise as we got 2 half-coffees, and a small refund. Pitiful, it cost us $3 in our own milk. Bring back counter service and full menu displays! Fortunately our early lunch stop meant a staff member who can navigate the self-serve kiosk ten times faster than I can processed our order. Location is good: between the highway and railway station but car park entry was slow due to exiting traffic waiting for a break in the highway traffic blocking our entry. Caution: this is a dangerous wiggle in the highway here with motorists ignoring give way signs and being inconsiderate to other road-users. On our latest visit after an hour's detour to the covid-test drive-through (for interstate travel), we were able to bypass self serve and order at the counter. Unfortunately, the junior staff member didn't know the difference between chai-latte and latte coffee and got our order wrong: an undrinkable brew being delivered. Better...
