Great doner kebab! The way of placing the order is a good idea to add/remove ingredients but wasn’t intuitive for me at least. You need to go to the counter. If you ask for a Kebab, then you need to pick/customize on the bag finally they will give you a shout when is ready. Again, good idea but the customer experience can be strongly improved. Maybe with a big sign explaining the steps.

Probably not the friendliest bunch as it was more transactional. It was weird that you had to write down the order on the paper wrap as you ordered. $20 for a simple doner kebab which tasted alright. Didn't have to wait for long maybe just 10 mins or so.

Not as bad as everyone says. Pricey? Yes! But you're slopeside, so that is to be expected. Pretty much everything I expected.

While waiting for my order, I noticed a man asking the owner if he could heat up his own food that brought. Instead of politely declining, the owner (I’m assuming) was extremely rude and responded in a very unprofessional manner. A couple in front of me pointed out how rude that interaction was, and the lady who was about to take their order refused to serve them for questioning their behaviour. The lady told the couple why they should heat up that man’s food when they’re the ones paying for rent. I was quite shocked with their tone of voice. Everyone else in the line all looked displeased.

The food was great, but the service was horrible. They need to work on their customer service skills. I understand that they are probably very busy BUT that’s not how they should treat the people that come to support...

Extremely rude owner and what I'm assuming is his daughter. Someone else requested to use a microwave, to heat his own food. Owner said "I don't have a microwave, and even if I did, I wouldn't do it for you anyway" which I thought was a bit rude. Daughter overheard me gasp at what was said, and questioned me on why I gasped. When I politely said that maybe the approach taken to the gentleman could have been a bit different. She then shoo'd me away and refused to serve me. It's a shame because the food is quite good. But just poor service and lack of empathy...

I visited Kebabz several times during my 2024 ski trips and it became one of my go to spots for a meal before the Tuesday and Saturday night skiing sessions. The staff were always friendly and efficient, ensuring orders were completed promptly, even during busy periods. While prices are slightly higher than what you’d pay outside the ski area, it’s understandable given the location and the convenience of being inside the resort. Overall, a reliable and satisfying option for a quick bite before hitting the...
