Snow Gums Restaurant — Restaurant in Perisher Valley

Amazing location, looking out over the ski school slope and up front valley. We were sat at a the corner table, with the best view of the entire restaurant which was appreciated! We arrived half an hour early for our booking, but were seated immediately and our wait staff were all very friendly.

Our food was a little bit disappointing. The ‘sourdough’ starter was actually small, rock hard toasted slices of a bread stick. The wagyu beef skewers were good. The prawn pasta was yummy but a bit dry. The poke bowl was small and good, but would benefit from some protein, or the option to add some protein. The desserts were the highlight of the meal - the panna cotta was yummy but not enough passionfruit, and the tiramisu was delish but a touch small.

Overall, we’d definitely come back just because of the amazing location and vibe, but would love to see the menu...

Good vibes, warm fireplace, live music, great variety for breakfast buffet, exceptional dinner which was my highlight of my Perisher trip. If you have a chance, order their sticky date pudding for dessert 🤤 Also the best service here! Can’t recommend this...
