My favourite was the crumbed bug tails. Expensive but great. It was obvious it was all bug meat by the varied shapes. But last time we got fish, bugs, prawns and chips the bugs certainly weren’t whole bug tails but small pieces of meat with a combination of heavy batter around them to make a shape like a big potato scallop.
