McDonald's Port Lincoln — Restaurant in Port Lincoln

The woman manager with pink hair (didn’t think to look at name badge) told me my barely half full sundae cup was supposed to be like that when I asked if she could fill it to a reasonable level. I worked at Maccas for 6 years and I would have been embarrassed to serve someone a sundae like I received and then have the nerve to tell them it’s supposed to look like that and “if I filled it more then it would be over filling it” when it clearly wouldn’t. I then proceeded to watch her make another sundae for a different order which she filled to the top…I pride myself in being nice to customer service workers as I’ve been one my entire life and it even took a lot for me to ask it to be filled so for her to say that then make a proper one for someone else...

Ordered a fillet of fish meal + 6 nuggets and a lge cappuccino at the same time but the capp didnt come at the same time as the meal that was ordered ,went up to ask but only after my business partner had almost finished his fillet o fish meal and six nuggets only to be made to feel like i was the one in the wrong because " yeah its coming i was just serving other customers hey" well what about the ones you just served and were waiting for longer than needed already driven for 7.5 hrs to be greeted by an inconsiderate customer service rep. Go find another job not dealing with people! And maybe smile once or twice would be awesome even if its fake will take a picture of the happy lady once i go back in a few days. Where should I start first? Horrible customer service. Don’t know how to speak politely. Went there to pick up an order and realized pickup is only available through car pick-up. Asked the manager whether it was possible to pick up the order without car (didn’t bring my car, as my hotel was very nearby). The manager was harsh from the very beginning ( I understand it’s their policy and everyone should oblige it). There was no sign of politeness and said: “you can either call a taxi or your friend who has a car to pick up your order”. Is it really easy to judge someone like that??!!
