The girl who took my order got it wrong. This would have been no issue if she'd read it back to me. No receipt was offered. I had no chance to correct her, nor did I have any idea that she had missed that part of my order. When I got my order and made her aware, the way that she spoke to me while fixing it made me feel as though it was my fault and made me feel bad for her having to fix it in the way that she decided to fix it without presenting the other more reasonable options, as though she was doing me a favour by correcting her own mistake at some great personal cost. After considering it and as someone who works a very similar job, this was not a case of customer error. Please read orders back, please offer receipts. This is a really nice, cute little setup right in the middle of the main walkway as you come in, making it super convenient to grab something while you're shopping.

The staff here are genuinely kind and the service is always impressively fast, even when it's busy. There are heaps of options to choose from, whether you're after a classic hot coffee or one of their cold drinks, so there's something for everyone. It's also great that they accept the Gloria Jean's loyalty card.

Asked for 2 small coffees. 1 skim cap and 1 flat white. So you want a "Regular" the young girl said. I said whatever you call small. So she rang up 2 x Regulars (mugs) @ $5.60 ea. I said that's a lot for a small. I was then told if you want small you have to have a take away paper cup. We prefer the taste of a small coffee rather than a mug size but also prefer it not in a paper cup when sitting in a cafe. Anyway the regular coffees came and my flat white was actually a latte with 25mm of foam on top, so by the time I scooped out the foam I was left with a "small" flat white at $5.60.
