Nice ice cream, they do however need to swap up their selection some more with new limited addition flavours and rotating their standard flavours more often. It is impossible to get the banana 🍌 flavour, which is the best banana ever, as it is rarely ever out for purchase. They also need more staff on during their peak hour sales, and they also need to provide their staff with enough thickshake machine's to complete orders in a timely fashion. Opening hours could be a little earlier also. Don't order ice cream cakes from here. Our son's birthday cake order was lost, had to wait for hours for his cake to be fitted into their schedule and when we finally received it what a shocking rushed job. Decided I wanted an ice coffee, go in at 9:30 so 30 minutes before closing time. Asked the young girl didn’t say anything but proceeded to pretty much smash the blender on the counter. Then the older lady informed me that apparently 30 minutes before they close they don’t make drinks, had the informed that with some sort of signage I wouldn’t have ordered it. Instead of being rude and making customer feel uncomfortable for order something advertise you don’t make drinks. The young staff specifically the minors were very rude, lazy and unprofessional to both my partner and I on 2 separate occasions. One to which was reported to the senior staff there when i walked in and the young girl smiled at me and walked away out the back chatting with their friends in what appeared a staff only area who didnt look like regular staff. senior staff/team leader/supervisor spoke to them but the underage worker was very disrespectful towards to the senior staff.
