Sadly my partner and I did not have the best experience last night at Thai Taste. We have been many times over the years but last night certainly was not a great experience. Ordered entrees of satay (which was yum as always) money bags (very oily) spring rolls (which was yum too) then mains massaman beef ( flavour good but beef not as tender as normal. Needed a knife) honey chicken ( was mainly batter very little chicken ) sizzling mixed seafood. This was so disgusting and very disappointing. Firstly it is not offered on a sizzling plate due to smoke alarms, so I would take that word off the menu as misleading . What was served was a.very poor quality frozen marinara mix Bland and no flavour . Was like it was stewed . For a dish to be $28.50 very disappointing. Did mention to the waitress and she just smiled but as a young girl what else was she to do. We couldn’t eat it nor did our cat who loves his seafood.. Will be a while if we go back because sadly Thai Taste leagues club has changed their quality.

Had a delicious lunch here today. Flavours were very well balanced and good sizes :) we got 2 lunch special green chicken curry, one main serve of BBQ pork, a main serve of honey chicken and a main serve of green chicken curry. There could have been a bit more rice in the containers that were ordered separately ($4 each), but the lunch specials came with rice and were good value for money. The plates are great for putting in the middle of the table if you like sharing with your dinner companions. Will definitely be back next time we are in Rocky ^_^

Helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated and elegant finishes. Its located inside Rockhampton Leagues Club. The food we ordered was fantastic and delicious. We dined in, and it was a very pleasant experience. One of the best basil chicken stir fry I have had over the years. They also cater and understand dietary requirements, which was an added bonus. My friends enjoyed their meals, which were vegan and gluten-free. Highly recommend them if you love Thai food.

Thai Taste 2 has been my absolute favourite place to eat for as long as I can remember – it’s the best meal I’ve ever had, every single time. My go-to is the chicken and cashew nut stir fry – the flavours are perfectly balanced, the chicken is tender, and the crunch from the cashews is spot on. I also have to mention the clear soup with vegetables – it’s so fresh, comforting, and full of flavour. The food here is consistently outstanding, and the people are always so warm and welcoming. On our last visit, there were 15 of us, and they were so accommodating with our split payment, making the whole experience even easier and more enjoyable. The restaurant is super clean and really welcoming, making every visit a pleasure from...

The food here was OK if you like thai food that has no spice and lacks the fresh flavour you get from good thai. Our takeaway food was: The chicken wings were OK but with no real zing. The prawn spring rolls were plain with no hint of prawn. The tasty beef, chefs special, was not chewy but was not tasty either, no zing of any kind with sauce more of a thin Aussie gravy, no chilli or spice, no freshness. The BBQ chicken was very plain and to finish the meal, The plain rice, although it was exactly as it was supposed to be, container was not full by by means. The meal was edible but was not tasty. It was what I would call ozified thai food for those that prefer no spice in their food. Disappointing referral from our...
