Bedrock Cafe — Restaurant in Queensland

My partner and I decided to go out for breakfast and have a cafe meal together, as we don't often have the opportunity. Ordered a big breakfast (him) and a chicken schnitzel burger (me). Waited 40 minutes at a table at an empty restaurant and then was called to the counter only by a number I realised later was on the receipt. I was given a takeout container and a paper bag. I looked at them and then at the cashier. He said, "Do you want cutlery?" I said, "Yes. And plates." He said, "There are no plates," and handed me a packet of wooden cutlery before turning away. My partner was so upset that we ended up eating the food in the car at Coles. While my burger was tasty, it was small, and his food was soggy from the little time it spent in the environmentally wasteful container. We could hear several people in the kitchen as we waited. Been going to this cafe every f/n for a grilled fish meal! At first it was beautiful,then the quality and service started to fail them. The last 2 times i have been,the woman that serves is rude,the fish is gross and no fork to eat with. Last day was today! I called to order my meal ahead of time,got there,rude as usual. Still had to wait 30 minutes for my order. So we went to the park to eat it,no fork AGAIN, the chips were horrible,and the lettuce had been stored with something rotten. These guys had the vest meals out,i would've recommended anyone to go there,but not now. The last 2 times were rude...

Cafe that is not a cafe that does not clearly read their reviews because I have the same complaints that have been made for the last three years. A crazy long wait for my meal even though I said I was scared to sit down. I was just given to me in a takeaway container and everything was overcooked. The tomatoes edible and the price was witchcraft because it didn’t resemble anything on the board. Do not recommend a large breakfast that...
