To be quite honest wasn’t impressed, this is the third time I’ve had to verbally ask staff to please make an online order after watching them look at the order and ignore it whilst continuing to chat to friends. The staff are great when the manager is on, he’s fantastic and the move like machines. Once he’s not there unfortunately the staff service is terrible. During my last visit staff were ignoring customers whilst standing and talking amongst themselves until we requested to be served. Horrible service from a woman who claimed to be the manager. Was speaking so poorly and yelling at a girl simply for asking to have her drink remade due to them making it incorrectly. The girl was so polite about it all and for this grown woman to try and argue with her and speak so horribly towards her was disgusting. Should be looking at hiring better staff that don't abuse their customers and turn around and speak badly about them to their coworkers when they're still standing...

Came into he other day a day after my birthday as my birthday was on a puplic holiday and hinkler was closed.
