Burger Urge (Hervey Bay) — Restaurant in Queensland

I have eaten here and more recently, collected many orders for food delivery like Uber Eats, and Menulog. This is one of the most consistently high quality dine in and take-away places I have ever seen. I have food qualifications myself so I do pay attention. Their kitchen is immaculate, as is their staff. Their food productions are consistently great and worth the few dollars more than you pay for cheap burgers. There really is no comparing this store to anything else especially in this region. I highly recommend trying their food. If you order via a food service, they wont prepare the meal until the driver arrives. If you happen to get something delivered cold, its the drivers fault not the restaurants. IT is useful to have different perspectives of restaurants. Please keep that in mind and report any issues to the food service and the restaurant both. Dining in is also a pleasant experience comparable to the cafe experience I have had in many places around the world. I really cannot fault this...

I have spent hours at Burger Urge Hervey Bay over the years enjoying my favourite burger and beer in a chill spot, however, today I received an incredibly lettuce packed burger with nearly just enough other ingredients to pull me through maybe an hour of physical activity. Had I not paid for a slice of pineapple as I always do, the thickest ingredient on the El Pollo Diablo fried chicken burger would have been the tomato slice. Mate... what can I say,... Lovely food, service was absolutely horrible. I’m gluten free and i asked the waitress (trinity) nicely if anything was gluten free, she spun around and rolled her eyes in my face and said no. I decided to ask another lovely waitress and Trinity came over and said yes rudely. After i said but you said there was nothing gluten free she rolled her eyes again and was so rude.
