Zambrero Hervey Bay — Restaurant in Queensland

i just went into this zambreros, and i am beyond disappointed as a ex employee of a different zambrero branch. i walked in and everything seemed great i had an order that my sister sent me in to get so i just got the lady to read it as she said that would be easier for her. this is what the list said : big burrito white rice pinto beans pulled pork sour cream cheese crushed corn chips lettuce corn salsa tomato salsa onion salsa jalapeños verde sauce lime should have come to $17.40 she charged me $19.40 put it through as a big signature burrito with double garlic sauce. i am not one to question things, and i only realised when i got home (i live 45 mins away). i love zambreros but this has made me a bit upset. its already exspensive so i obviously didn’t want to pay almost 20$ for a burrito that should have costed me abt $17.40. all i ask is that you make sure the employees are putting everything though correctly and not overcharging customers. (also your employees tonight failed to answer the phone multiple times...

I was about to get another well known brand of Mexican food for lunch today when I saw Zambrero and decided to give it a go instead. I was not disappointed! As a health conscious diner they had black rice as an option (for only $1 more) amazing guac and a brilliant salsa with pumpkin seeds!!! Omg and not to even mention the sauces....they were so good I'd go back just for them! I also love that they donate a meal to those in need for every meal purchased, I don't see that much anywhere else!! I feel almost a bit sad that I found them because I'll always wish they were around when I want Mexican food next time!! (Not from Hervey Bay) Do yourself a favour and try this delicious and healthy...

Food was well over an hour late... (my son is diabetic so had given insulin at certain time as per specified delivery time) called... they insisted it was on its way... waited.... (son had hypo and I had to make alternative lunch) called again.... he told me it had been delivered, clearly had not! Was rude but offered to remake the order... I found my order! It was delivered to the wrong address! Across the road 2 doors up! Lucky the lady was nice to find me and give me my order.... I called them back said I found my order all I got was “we’re so sorry, but you found your order? Ok well have a nice day” Currently eating my lunch stone cold won’t be...
