I was given a plastic knife and fork to cut my pie and the serrated edge of the plastic knife disappeared after cutting one piece. I went and asked for a steel knife and was told the owner wouldn't permit issuing steel knives. Vrry poor practice when you have to eat broken plastic bits with your pie. NOT IMPRESSED. Ordered two medium xtra hot Lattes, and two pieces of the walnut and coffee cake. Received two medium capacinnos and one piece of cake. When I pointed out the error of the order the young lady attempted to guilt me into having what she thought she heard instead of apologising and correcting the order.
