HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE AND ATTITUDE. Generic 'Sorry' Response that everyone else got... so lazy and don't care
Horrible place to dine. The front of house was run buy a very young kid who was lost and confused the whole time while serving us and others. I ask for an enchilada. I received a burrito when my food came. I mentioned it was not mine she said she will go check on that and I heard nothing again for 15 minutes, when my friends food came out. And I was only told my food won’t be long. When I finally received my food. It tasted horrible. The only way I could describe it as was it had the taste of cockroach’s. I could not palate the food. being in kitchens my entire life I have never tasted an enchilada that horrible. When I explained to the wait staff why I couldn’t eat my food and wanted my money back the chef decided to have an argument with me over why I can’t eat the horrible food. Saying he makes 50 of those a day. Which id believe if the store wasn’t dead every time I go past. I simply said I’m not arguing with you I just wanted my money. He gave me barely over half ($14) of what I paid for the food and stormed back into the kitchen. Then I watched as the two short staff in front of house had a giggle and a laugh as I exited the store. No professional standards. Signs of a lazy chef and owner.
I hope if you done here you a prepared for an awkward experience and barley palatable food.
