Extremely disappointed with how I was treated today.

I’m a regular customer at this GYG location — I buy food here almost every single day. Despite that, I was approached and shouted at by a staff member when I went to use the toilet, something I’ve done many times before with no issue.

She loudly yelled, “Excuse me!” in front of other customers, staff, and even someone who appeared to be doing a job interview. Her tone was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. There was no reason to create a public scene or speak to anyone — especially a loyal customer — with such disrespect.

What’s even more shocking is being told that it had been reported that we use the toilet to “take a shit.” Seriously? That’s the concern? It’s a bathroom — that’s what it’s for. The fact that this is even being brought up as an issue is ridiculous and petty.

I’ve supported this business daily, and this is how I’m treated? Absolutely...

Guzman y Gomez in Wilsonton appeared to be a clean establishment with plenty of staff present during my visit. Although my food took longer than expected to be ready, I appreciated receiving a card for a free burrito on my next visit as compensation for the inconvenience. It seemed that the staff were prioritising drive-thru and online orders over in-store orders.

For fans of GYG, downloading the app is definitely a smart move, as you can earn reward points with each purchase.

When the food finally arrived, it not only looked visually appealing but also tasted delicious. I ordered a large amount of food to dine in and take away, and I was pleasantly surprised that the takeaway burrito maintained almost the same quality as the freshly made dishes enjoyed in-store.

Went to the Wilsonton store tonight for dinner. Although the food was really good and served quite promptly, considering it's still only super new and busy, there was a few downsides.... I got an enchilada, this was meant to be the ground beef one, sadly it had maybe 1 tablespoon of beef and the rest was rice. We also got the queso fries in MILD, they were NOT mild at all, they were that spicy, I could not eat them.
