Domino's Pizza Mareeba — Restaurant in Queensland

Ok pizza, DISGRACEFUL service! The lady left the pizza on the counter and walked off. I wanted to ask for salt, and had to wait for 5 minutes for someone else to take notice that i was there! I was waiting at the counter, while the ditsi owner stood 1 meter from me talking to her friends, ignoring me, the customer. She just couldn't care less!! Finally when someone noticed me, they said we do not sell salt. They do not SELL salt? They are very quick to take your money, but service and customer care is not on their agenda. I will not visit this shop...

Terrible experiences over weeks. The manager is rude, uses his Phone for private calls when talking to customer to take an order. He then asks 3-4 times to repeat as he couldn't understand what i wanted to order but obviously still on the phone! Also keep wanting to order a thick shake however the machine is out of order, it seen out of order for over 6 months! I know an employee form that dominos and he told me that they just don't want to clean it so they keep it out if use and use an out of order sign. It's...

Review 1: 1 hour later... pizza still hasn't even begun being made.

Review 2: The owners are rude, arrogant and lazy. Don't bother putting an order in if it's even close to 30 minutes before closing time because they will wait and then call at the last minute, give every excuse under the sun about it being too close to closing then refund your order. Any other store I have used in a city it doesn't matter they will still deliver. Don't let people submit an order if you won't honor it and then take your time...
