The owner is absolutely lovely but unfortunately the staff are a little involved in some gossip amongst themselves and takes away from the service. They have an amazing coffee machine and process for making coffee, (not the nicest bean in my opinion) but it can take some time to be served. I saw a hold up for 10 minutes while a staff member on her day off came in and took over the coffee machine, meanwhile customers' coffee orders were piling up for 10 minutes before she finished and then the working staff could start the making and catch up process for the actual customers. Apart from that, the atmosphere is nice. It's just a shame the boss probably doesn't see what's going on with her staff so much. Causing trouble for some of the nicer workers. She's great and actually cares to provide quality service and food. Good location. Hopefully she can get some better staff to...

Won’t be coming back to this cafe. Two mistakes in two consecutive days. Yesterday I ordered and paid for two pieces of cake and a chai latte to take away. When I opened the box after having left the cafe there was only one piece of cake. Today I ordered another take away of toasted sandwich and chai latte on oat milk. The girl was preparing my chai on normal dairy milk. When I asked if it was oat she looked again at the order and offered to make it again . I didn’t have time to wait so I promptly left with my sandwich which was lovely, made by a different girl. Had this order been mixed up for my daughter who is highly allergic to dairy as is her breastfed son, thus could have had more serious consequences. For this reason I can’t return to a cafe where dietary preferences are not...

Take away - My fish burger was over cooked and chips under cooked. I explained the next time I went to the shop , as a regular customer , they said oh ok. Unwilling to compensated. Called me rude for telling the truth. And asking for compensation on this order. They said I should have called them when I had the issue. I explained I tried but it was the end of the day. They said I should have rang the next day. I said I’m telling them now. They didn’t want to cooperated so now I will not spend my money at this cafe again. Especially because they called me rude when I was the one that got the bum deal in the first place. Won’t return again. I asked again did they want to rectify the situation but...
