Joes pizza Edmonton — Restaurant in Queensland

I want to give 2 stars, not only because the service was so bad and they were rude.. but in all honestly they do deserve more .. they really did earn the 3! :) On the menu they advertised a meal deal (pizza/pasta) for $38.50 .. i ordered on the phone and the boy told me it would be $40, I asked was that the meal deal price? he said yeah.. i check online and their menu says $38.50 .. so (on pick up) i inform the woman working there that their menu is out of date.. (just as an fyi, I wasn't trying to scab a free $1.50) she said i got charged an extra $1 because i swapped pinapple for olives (something i wasn't told on the phone, and at over $20 for a medium pizza with 3 ingredients i can see why he was too embarrased to mention it) ... forgetting the fact that i was still being over charged.. if indeed swapping pinapple for olives did cost $1.00 .. There was a lot of topping but the ingredients were cheap and I'm not sure if i could still taste the horrible service or being over charged, twice.. but it really didn't taste very good - .. i also got a spaghetti bolognese .. the serving was HUGE but so gross - .. so yeah i'm definitely never going back .. ever.. Pizza Del Mondo in Woree is 1000 x better - Don't waste your time (or a lot of money) at Joe's ... One good thing is - It will be very easy to improve! (that's why i gave 3 stars instead of 2 .. because of the low hanging fruits of potential just begging to...

I was recommended this place from a friend and loved there pizza! Unfortunately after a couple of years i went to order one night to some extremely rude service.. The person on the phone gave me a wrong price and when delivered the driver expected an additional $10. I rang the store and the response was "we gave the wrong price.. and its not our fault so you need to pay it..". generally i would mind, but the attitude was terrible, disrespectful and she even swore. The driver on the other hand was cool and just said don't worry about it because they stuffed up.. Disappointed by the service, i didn't buy food from here again.. That's until a friend told me they had a similar experience and the person in mention either left or was sacked. I decided to returned and the service is on point and the pizza and other foods always great! Good staff and good food make a business, and I'm happy to buy from this place for...

The pizza is the best in Cairns so far. The food is fresh and you can taste the quality. I was surprised how much toppings were on it and how the crust is crunchy with the cheese melted on it. We had the Jesto Meal (meat lovers) large and the Supreme small. Let’s just say their large is massive! I will definitely be ordering from here again and it might be my go to for pizza nights from now on....
