KFC Tannum Sands — Restaurant in Queensland

Fri 25th July 13.19 KFC pm ordered on line went thru drive-thru was asked to park up waiting on fresh chips . OK it took 25 minutes before I drove back thru to see about order because you couldn't get in the door with all the school kids, meanwhile 40 school kids went into store were served 1st & eating chips & other food so they were served & given there meals before prioritising drive-thru. The Manager needs some training on how to prioritise on customers. Wether you are short staffed as we were told is not good enough & you as a Manager should know that you are busy at that time because it happens every Friday when the seniors leave school early. The Managers attitude was disgusting & unprofessional with a smug look on her face. Apologies to the young fella on the drive-thru window keep up the good work considering the Manager can't get enough staff to work for her & to put you under that pressure of serving on the window & running orders outside which was then holding up the drive-thru. KFC is a RIP off the size of the chicken is so small never get full large chips & the gravy is like water, KFC really need to improve the quality of food for the price that charged...

Placed order then was told there was a 13 min wait on Original Recipe chicken pieces. Waited in car. 15 mins later staff came out and said there was another 8 min wait as they didn’t realise there was no Chicken Tenders cooked. Waited nearly 25 mins for total order. When the meal was opened at home the coating on the tenders was mostly broken off as they’d tossed it in the same box as the pieces of chicken. The pieces of chicken when very greasy and dry inside and we have never seen chicken pieces in those shapes before. To add insult to this disaster we realised when got home they’d overcharged by nearly $10. Will...

Don't bother, not worth it, no matter how hungry you are. This is easily one of the worst KFC's will you go to. Service staff pretend to not notice you while you wait at the counter, and there are no other customers. The food is absolute rubbish, even by fast food standards, and you get treated like it is a massive bother to serve you. Expect to wait 5-10 mins just to be served, while they talk out back and play with their phones.

Do not give them a cent, they don't deserve it. If you really want chicken, just go buy a hot roast chicken from Coles...
