Sorry guys the quality of the food in offer and the recipe used leaves a lot to be desired. 2 of the 9 pieces were under cooked and still the chicken bones were pink. The leading hand asked as she did with many customers to mark the store highly on the app.... NO bloody way..... here's an Idea KFC corporate go back to the proper 1977 kfc chicken recipe not the garbage you serve up now.... In the beginning you guys served up the old boiler chickens. Yeah the fowl to old for laying now a days you cull 8-12 week old chicken. From Inghams in Brisbane how do I know...... I once delivered Collins food stuffs in the city I live. I have witnessed the changes. The other chicken company offer a far superior Fried chicken at a much cheaper(CHEEPER.) price I made the choice of trying your product again after you raised the price on those who are unable to download your app for the the 9 pieces of chicken for $9:95 on Tuesday. Here's something you didn't realise the pensioners used to look forward to Tuesdays so they could afford a nice amount of food..... but your corporate greed has stopped that...... I mat not be a pensioner but I speak and listen to the people of Deeragun. Just North of Townsville and I hear their comments. Received sub standard food spoke to manager over the phone who took my details gave him the receipt number and was assured that I was “going to get looked after” when I returned a few hours later I was spoken to like a piece of trash and threaten to have the police called after I refused to move my vehicle from the ordering window all while the manager was leaning forward in a very aggressive manner kept asking if I wanted to “sort it out front” which I took as threat especially with the body language he was displaying. Once I informed him my dash cam was recording the audio his tone changed and he said he would replace the sub standard meals. Not sure I want to even eat the food I’m guessing he probably did unsavoury things to the food. I will not be returning to this...

ABSOLUTELY APALLING!!! The food is good but ALWAYS missing items, I have had enough, if this was a once off accuracy I would understand as people make mistakes, but it just seems to be that there is a lack of education when reading a screen and packing people’s orders…. We pay money for our food and extra for delivery, when we call to follow up we are either told to come collect our missing items ourselves or receive a store credit which mind you we can only use in store…. NOT GOOD ENOUGH…. Something needs to change…. This time round I was told that they can’t do anything as the person in charge doesn’t work there usually, in my eyes if you are in charge it’s your stall for that...
