My partner ordered food on the 21st November. We called them that night after waiting over 1.5hrs for our food which was only 2 Ben n jerry's ice cream and a couple of side dishes. Once we called them which was close to close they said door dash picked up our order a while ago so should be delivered soon. And they didnt take down the drivers details so there was no way of actually contacting the person who 'stole' our order. We never recieved it that night. We called them the next day to get a refund or get the food re delivered as it was never taken to our house. They said they needed to investigate it and they will call as back. It's been nearly 2 weeks since we were suppose to get some food. We have called them several times and everytime they said it takes a few days or investigate. And she said there's so many managers so it's hard to get back to you straight away. They keep saying a couple days but it's been nearly 2 weeks. Not to mention every delivery we have had we have had to wait about an 1hr or more and we don't live far. All we want is our money back for food we paid for but didn't receive. My suggestion is getting new managers or training the managers you do have to communicate better. So the 'investigations' are actually handled and not forgotten about. From now on we will be going to dominoes which never dissapoint us. May as well close pizza hut and make room for a dominos, our suburb will...
Read morePlaced an online order @ 5.25pm for a 6pm pick up. Arriving at 6.05pm only to be told it would be ready in 5mins. At 6.15pm, I went back in & was told it would be ready in 10mins... I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn't there & after requesting to speak to whom ever was in charge... the manager walked in (he'd been out doing deliveries), he was given a heads up. When the manager approached me, he asked what was the issue - once I explained the situation, he didn't apologise for the inconvenience caused to me but rather for the technical side of the online ordering - he then proceeded to tell me that he'll make sure they get my order on now & it will be ready in 10mins...I went back to my car to wait (the manager left to do more deliveries), after 10mins I went back in & as it still wasn't ready I requested a refund, the young staff member spoke to another staff member about my request (pizzas were then brought out), the staff member asked me 'what's the problem? ' I requested a refund, stating that it was more than an hr since the order was placed & I was not given the service that pizza hut supposed to stand by... wouldn't...
Read more2 for 1 Tuesday, who could knock that back when you've got a big family, it's been a long day and you just can't be bothered to cook? That's what we did last night. Ordered online, pizza to be ready in about 20 mins and the shop was a hop, step and a jump from home. That's where the good part ended! We get there and it took nearly 5 mins for staff to acknowledge us when 1 girl seemed to be aimlessly wandering around, looked at us a couple of times and did nothing. When she did out of 6 standard pizzas only 5 were made. They completely missed 1 and took them half an hr to get it made! They apologised for the drama but that was it, dominoes would at least give you a garlic bread! Not 1 staff member wore a hair net, all female staff had theirs tied up but still flailing around with every step they made. Dominoes staff have to have hair up and secured in a net. Over all I think I'll drive the extra few klms and stick with dominoes, everything with them ends up shitting all over this...
