We had a terrible experience at Subway today. We placed our order ahead of time online, paid in full, and showed up right on time to pick it up. (We actually reached there early and decided to stay in the queue as we were not sure whether to wait at the counter) However, our order wasn't ready, and we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes. What made it worse was the complete lack of an apology or any explanation. The female staff that we tried to talk to was rude and didn’t seem to care at all, saying they had other things to do. Even worse, people who arrived after us were getting their orders before ours. (Remember, we stayed in the queue and they should have at least taken our order when we reached the front, instead they asked us to wait and served the next person).
