Pros: A progressive and inclusive menu to accomodate healthier and sustainable diets like their Nox Breakky for Vegans and Vegetarians (with Gluten Free options for Celiacs) Friendly and beautiful atmosphere complimented with exceptional service from staff and mellow music in the outdoor area. A convenient location with access to Cannonvale and Airlie Beach. Additionally, located in a shopping centre complex. Don’t be that person who gets fast food when there’s a fresh, fast, and healthier option just as close. Extremely fast service from order to plate on table which was satisfying! Our food was fresh and served hot with generous portions for a reasonable price. Delicious and smooth beans, and chocolate powder, for coffees and hot chocolates. If you like lighter beans this is the place to go.

Recommendations: Some elements of the meal were evident in the high use of oils. However, this did not detract from the taste, nor quality, of the meals.

I been here twice and both times the staff been really closed off and rude which I though they are having a bad day but the reality was that they were laughing and having a good time behind the coffee machine. I purposely said thank you 3 times when they bring my food and she didn't respond and her face was so flat.

I most also add that few vegetable leafs were so dead and gross on my plate which these needs to be checked before serving them to customers.

It's important for the owners to know what's really happening and how their customers being treated to take the appropriate action to eaither train these staff better ir to hire better...

Lumos is our goto place for breakfast for a number of reasons. I consider this the most important, the staff are so friendly and professional. We are always made to feel special and welcomed. Nothing is a problem. Sarah, Nadia, Marta and May are the nicest people you will meet. The dining experience is top notched, coffee and food are always a 10 out of 10. Give yourself a real 💯% experience and try the savoury/sweet breakfast with the flavour explosion that is hidden in the Tutti Frutti toast....your brain, taste buds will never be the same.
