McDonald's — Restaurant in Queensland

Worst service EVER on 7.3.24. Ordered two lge meals. Didnt get given a receipt to check while waiting in drive through. Food handed to us, with only one drink and no chips for 2nd meal. When I realised things were missing, the young fella said " you only paid for that". I explained happy to pay difference, wherr is the rest of the food. He gets the manager (and possibly the nrw owner). She says rudely "you only paid for that". Explained again two times happy to pay for the difference, but I need the food. Going on a 2hr drive. Shr rudely repeats again. So do I. Finally, she says I have to go around the drive throuvh agaon. I say I'm in a hurry and cant eait. Ive run out of time. She insists. I said I cant. Forget it, I need to go. Sarcastically she says " oh, dive safely!!! What a rude cow. Then I stopped in next town to buy more food. Picked up coke and the darn thing had leaked in my nrw car!!!!! Probably the worst McDonalds I have ever gone to…. Every time we get an order from there, we are missing something in our meal or in our burger, it’s cold, slapped together, last week I had a raw paddy in my quarter pounder….. and tonight we tried the raspberry and custard McFlurry for the first time and when we got it it was only half full and melted….. I honestly don’t know how hard it is to produce quality food and service. I started out working at McDonald’s and it’s really not that difficult. We will now just go to hungry jacks we are so tiered of the dissatisfaction and disappointment in such a simple meal. Please retrain your stuff and to have pride in their work. Ordered two special chicken burgers steam bun add cheese and tomatoes and four steam chicken burgers, two cheeseburgers no pickle and no sauce. Never, have I ordered special burgers and having missing bun heels for the two chicken burgers with tomatoe and cheese slice. Maybe, the staff were annoyed with how many special burgers to make. The chicken pattie's tasted past it's holding time in the warmer. For a tourist area, the fast food outlet such as this McDonalds was a real disappointment compared to other non fast food restaurants that delivered exceptional service and quality food.
