McDonald's — Restaurant in Queensland

Went to the drive though about 20 minutes ago and it’s so unprofessional more then one person speaking on the speaker (plus someone was making “funny” sounds in between) had to repeat my order 3 times, when I went to pay the guy straight up ignored me then the next window no one spoke to use just handed the food after waiting forever then to find out when we got home the double cheeseburger I got was a normal and the double quarter pounder was a normal, honesty get your staff trained and in order it’s unacceptable yes it maccas but just because it’s a night shift get your workers in order. And to add ordered Uber eats on the 8th of Oct and got two meals with a double quarter pointer again and got a normal and we’re missing fries ffs train your staff. Plus it was missing the damn cheese like how do you miss something like that like do I really need to go thru the drive thru and open up my burger now to check that’s...

Maccas is always good and you get what you pay for in terms of quality. However, the people working here in the night specially is VERY disrespectful. I ordered a burger to go so I said to the guy that I was picking the order for Angelo. He said “we don’t know names just codes”. If you ask me that sounds pretty fair, but this has changed, he got my name in the docket but he just didn’t wanted to read (lazy). I said “if you read over there you are gonna see my name”, so he just grab the bag and throw it to the counter. So unprofessional. I know it’s very late to work, but man, if you don’t feel good working in the night, then just don’t work and find something else that is suitable for you. This bad service is constant specially during the night shift, you should learn something from the one at Esplanade, they are so good with people and I can tell that they work pretty hard and that doesn’t make them...

After ordering my food l had to go and look for a clean table to sit at. Not finding one l call for a staff member to have a table cleaned for me so l could sit down. After wiping the table clean for me, l notice there are a lot flies at the table l wanted to sit at. I complained to the staff member and asked why are there so may flies around. The staff simply replied saying, "l don't know"... disgusted by the amount l saw, l said, "are there maggots here that there are so many flies?" The staff member, walked off in a huff, and in the next instant they had a couple more staff members come out and empty the bins out, as they were completely full, then they wiped all the tables down. It was a real turn off for me to have to sit amongst the flies to eat a meal, so l can't see me returning there anytime in the future. The staff need to clean the store more often than they...
